Since my nihongo is so seriously lacking its probably not coincidental that my favorite is すみません (sumimasen). Sure glad it is so easy to say.

I would be in serious trouble if なじぬまして (hajimemashite) was used more often. It is the one word that gets me seriously tongue-tied.
