Picture this: a Toyota with an electronic throttle, on cruise control, with the driver talking on his hands-free cell phone going 75 down the highway....maybe it is now time to really consider public transportation!

But Toyota says it isn't an electronics problem. ^^/

Yeah but public transportation doesn't work well in America as a whole and it never will.

The automobile represents freedom; the American invention.

Internal company red tape or just not caring?

Needless to say, as with the Consumer Reports review, Toyota will be under a microscope for years to come.
Having done work with Toyota and affiliates, I am much more inclined to think that it is due to red tape and the different leaders and policies of the international branches. They don`t always seem to be on the same page.

Now that hopefully the huge media fiasco has sort of died down, it will be a lot more reasonable. Being under the microscope is fine - and likely a pretty good thing in terms of raising quality.

Oh... good grief.

Maybe Toyota can fix it problems by shooting over to eHow | How To Do Just About Everything! | How To Videos & Articles

If we take a trip back a couple of months by to November of '09, we'll remember the Media is the only thing that might of saved lives while Toyota was still on the denial train in the US.
