Zexy is the main and largest one. I`m sure there are smaller ones out there, but pretty much everything is through Zexy.

I am trying to think if you could choose a more expensive country to get married is (assuming you and your fiance are not Japanese)...

Ah, by "sites" do you mean websites, or locations? If you mean locations, then large hotels for western style weddings and major shrines for Japanese style. Meiji shrine in central Tokyo and Tsurugaoka Hachimangu shrine in Kamakura are examples of popular (and expensive) places to get married.

There are literally thousands of places you can get married in Japan. The "most popular" at at wedding chapels in major hotels

The most common tend not to be churches, but facilities offering both traditional shrine weddings and western church-style weddings. I would say western church style weddings are more popular, but there are plenty of traditional and combination (where there is both...)
