I am a newbie here...needing much "needed-help".:)
I am very much interested in searching for, and hopefully obtaining, a Scholarship Program in any Japanese University, especially, that which offers programs on Research, International Relations, Economics, and any field on Social Sciences, or anything that would be of contributory help in obtaining progress and development in one's country. There seem to be different systems every university. Specifically, you refer to the site of the university and should do an inquiry.

There is not a very good homepage.
