Grey. Less likely to show stains.

Klint's right that grey is less likely to show stains (which is always a good thing with small children), but it looks too masculine for a girl to wear (in my opinion at least). Personally I'd say cream because it'd be more suitable for your niece's gender.

My favorite color is gray. You can tray this color.I think its really nice.

Well take the shirts saying into consideration. Which one suits the child? Is she a Daddy's Girl or a Momma's girl and then just go for the one that reminds you of her.

Cream looks the best, but grey is more practical.
I would buy cream. There's a price to pay for wearing nice things, but the reward is looking good -- even if for a little while.
