PM. katianura

so. this apparently is only way for me to contact this user. i'm unable to answer your PM and the reason is:
Katianura has chosen not to receive private messages or may not be allowed to receive private messages. Therefore you may not send your message to him/her.
so maybe its settings in your profile that don't allow you to receive pm.

How about telling us how exactly are you lost? Like, button-wise or orientation-wise..? If it helps, you could printscreen the image of the problem and show it to us. :)

EDIT: Go to your User CP. On the left side there is a Control Panel. Look for and click on "Edit Options". A new screen with user options that can be checked (ticked) will be presented to you. Scroll down and find "Private Messaging". Check "Enable Private Messaging".

2nd Edit: MMM: That's a concise way of putting it.

User CP > Edit Options > Enable Private Messaging
