I`d like to be rich, but not famous.
If I had to choose something to be famous for, I`d rather be a famous writer - famous in name but not in face.

But really, I am a fairly private person so cannot even imagine having to deal with the stress of being in the public eye.

Noticing lots of people would dislike the media attention. While I see the point it would get tiring, I'd enjoy all the attention. You could have the power to bring charitable causes into public light. ...Or you could simply gain a rep for telling the paparazzi to 'f*** off'. lol

Depends on what kind of famous that is. The kind you have to hide from paparazzis everytime you go outside to do your shopping? Sure not. The kind your name is recognized worldwide for doing something that's worthy of distinction? Yeah, I wouldn't mind that.
