Do you still think Tokyo is unsafe?
Because if you do then stop being afraid! :)
I just came from a week there and it's all pretty much normal and safe. I made a short vid/photo log. hope you like it! and fear not about going to Japan.;) |
i'm going there in may. i've been a little worried. all i hear on the news is that everything is a mess over there, but here i read that everything's fine.
i'd sooner believe people who were just there though, and have nothing to gain from everyone being afraid (like the media does). thanks :D |
This is not about whats here now but what is to come. Besides, taking into consideration all Tepco lies, I am not sure what elsde they are hiding. Then again, anywhere you go you 'll have to deal with some local rubbish.
Speaking of safe we are having another quake lol. Which one is it now? 1500's since March 13? You think all those quakes in a short period of time had no effect on structures of the buildings, etc? |
I'm going there this Friday for job hunting..
actually I've been there 2 weeks ago and as far as I'm concern, the only thing that scares me until now is the aftershock.. other than that, I guess nothing changes.. |

If you built buildings as save as the Japanese do for earthquakes this size, then you shouldn't worry about aftershocks anymore. |

It never was unsafe.

I suppose it's safer than say New York, Washington DC, LA, East St. louis, Chicago, Huston, Dallas, Philidelphia, Boston. Hell, any American City with more than 100,000 people.

Because of the calamities that happened in Japan, many are threatened that there's a possibility that it would happen again. But, despite all this, Japan still has its beauty. :) Many would still want to go there because of its culture.
