Obsessions

Have you ever been obsessed about something or somebody.

what happened? Did your obsession help you achieve your goal. If obsessed by a Person-- how did you cure yourself of that obsessiveness.

It seems to me that obsession causes a great deal of suffering usually to the one who is obsessed.

Is there a cure do you think?

ah obsessions i've had tons but they mostly led to self destrutive behavoire and shuting myself from the outside world.

I've only had one true obsession, which is very private so I won't get into too much detail... But I didn't achieve my true goal and I only ended up being very, very disappointed in myself. In retrospect I find my behavior unhealthy and creepy, but it's cleared up now.

If you think you have a true obsession, you should probably seek help to get over it. Doing it yourself is not easy. For me it took a real eye-opener.

I wonder if hypnotism would help.

in love lol.... but other than that it might be creepy!
