This. :D

In daily life, and outside of writing, you will not encounter much sarcasm. And the sarcasm that is used is clearly sarcasm. I don`t know how to describe what I mean, but it is a different feeling to the sarcasm used in English, as is the response given by the listener.

Sometimes on political forums you'll see some sarcasm.

Can you please show some examples?

When I first came here I used sarcasm in light situations, with light topics, to just have a laugh.
The people around me were just confused by it.

At first I assumed it was because of language issues, a lot of Japanese humor goes over my head because I simply don't understand the words. sometimes it simply isn't funny to me. This is the case with sarcasm used for humor with Japanese people. "Why is that funny? You just said the opposite.. "

Puns. 親父ギャグ. Old man jokes. These are seen the same way in both cultures.
the same forced ha..ha..ha... that's stupid...
