Would it be possible to translate the following. I'm trying to reset an account and the service provider sent me a password.txt file that I'm having trouble deciphering. I open the txt doc in word with Japanese (Shift-JIS) encoding and
I see the contents being... 残りの二文字はろク拾壱です。 I believe it is some sort of password code that allows me to reset my account. The source is still unavailable. Thanks for the help!! |
Is this everything the file says? I would read it as "The remaining two letters are 61". What that means? No idea.

Thanks for the reply!
You stated that "The remaining two letters are 61". That kind of makes sense. If I remember correctly I may need to combine what is in the attached JPG pic with the password.txt file. I don't have it in text format but a screenshot of the characters instead. I have attached the screenshot as well as the password.txt file. Maybe I add 61 to the end of the numbers listed in the screenshot??? |
I cannot read the picture because it's too small for me but that would make sense, yes. That's a pretty complicated procedure to go through for a simple password reset ;)

way to small.. sorry...
Should be readable now. |
I think it's "Please search the password link for the above (mentioned) thumbnail picture". Does this make any sense?
|
hmmmm not too sure.
After clicking the password link I was prompted to download the 'password'.txt file. I attached that but it contains "The remaining two letters are 61". Very confusing and I would agree about this complex password reset. Good thing its not a bank account. =) |
