I see. I see that in the song they have the most important part of the song in Korean (dorawayo pusanhane) When someone hears that for the first time would they know that it's in Korean?

They would know immediately that it is not in Japanese because it makes no sense in Japanese, but unless they have studied Korean, they would probably not be able to tell what language it is in.
