Because not everyone here speaks, reads or writes the language at an expert level, that's why....

Plus, there are forums on this site for Japanese-language-only threads....

Actually,I'd like to practice. Do you seriously think 2chan is a good way? I'm not sure.

It's all Greek to me, or well, I guess Japanese in this context.

That site does not chat and discussion forum.

2 Channel IS a chat site, its not as well laid out as a "regular" forum, but it is message exchange board

Its either you are doing something wrong or you just don't understand it enough to know where to click

2ch is a site that works much better if you use a dedicated reader. It`s a huge pain to navigate without one.

I thought 2chan didn't allow any posts from countries other than Japan? I may just be dreaming though lol

When I went to USA, I could post in 2ch.
But there is a lot of slang, local rules and black jokes, so I can't recommend to post.
