I live in Mie-Ken (Tsu-Shi) and I need a very good internet connection with static IP address and no upload or download limits.
I found some companies the offer a static IP address but it seems to me that they usually run over NTT and they have daily upload limits. What really sucks...
Does anyone know providers the offer a buisnes internet connection with no caps on it?

"au Hikari" has "actually" static IP address but not guaranteed.

It has no limit for upload/download but traffic rate seems to be limited.

I had been used au Hikari for years and changed to Docomo Hikari in this year.
From my experience, the static IP address had never changed.
