Hi, I''b arriving in Osaka on 7 May 12 with my mum (83 yrs old) and sister.

Can you advise the most economical way for us to travel? I understand that there is a JR West Pass for the Kansai Area. What is the most economical way to go to Tokyo and to travel around Tokyo? Are there buses to Tokyo from Kyoto and what are the departure/arrival times?
