24, for my honeymoon.

It was great. I've only been back a month and I want to go back so bad.

To be honest, you'll have much more fun if you go at 23 than 18 or younger. You're self-sufficient and can plan your trip all by yourself. I'll be 22 when I go, and I'm glad I didn't go when I was 16 when I had the chance, I think it would have been a waste.

I wish I'd have gone early of course, but I think being over 20 at least lets you experience more. Going to clubs, bars, being able to drink and have fun is part of it... also you're more likely to appreciate non-kawaii anime pocky Japan a lot more, take in its history and beauty :D

17 for me... Though I wish I was 3 years older.

Heh, I`m under 20 but that doesn`t stop me from going to clubs and bars :mtongue:

There are LOTS of things to do that don't require you to be 20, beyond clubs and bars.

I first visited Osaka at the age of ten, and as soon as I got off the plane I cried, because my Mom kept trying to get me to take a picture with a guy in a whale suit :o. But I met my best friends to this day there, (and his sister :D) so it wasn't all bad.

Whale suit? That sounds awesome.

Yeah I'm not quite sure what it was for but it was scary. Of course now when I look at the picture it's kinda funny .

I'll be 18 when I'm going on vacation there :D.

And about 25 when I'm living there. I wanna move to Tokyo soooo bad.
