hostels in tokyo area
 

i currently am planning a three week trip to tokyo, and are looking for recommended hostels to go to in that area. mostly in the metropolis part of tokyo where everything would be relatively close, or atleast a train ride away.
i know that they have apartments that hostels rent out for xxxx amount of money per month, but i'm only stay for three weeks. MOST of the hotels are very expensive, and would blow my whole trip out of the water. so if you have any suggestions on some safe and flexible hostels that speak "OK" english...feel free to share!!!

Cheap, in an awesome area, English Speaking staff, and it's very clean!
