I like shibuya but I dont think its a prefecture.

No, unfortunately that is just a ward in Tokyo.

Well personally Ive never been To japan but Im planning on going one day. What I like about Shibuya is the little dog statue , Hachiko, the story just seems so sad. So I would say thats my favorite place. The thing I like about it is that everyone goes there to meet and I love all the different fashion there too.
