Visit Osaka - 2 weeks as of 25/12
 

Any recommendations on what I should visit?

timeframe: 2 weeks as of 25/12
location: Osaka

I have a JR pass for those two weeks, so I will travel by Shinkansen. Transfers of over 3-4 hours (one way) are too much for a day-trip, if I would travel further I would spend a night overthere.

From Okaka I would definately do trips to Nara, Kyoto and Kobe... all less than an hour away by JR.

Each city has its own personality...

Himeji, Awaji is also a nice place to visit
