Okay, stayed a night at Beppu, now in Kumamoto...i`ll see if i can upload my pics tommorrow (they`re much nicer than the ones above)..

Nice photos! Not often you see many from Odaiba. Here's something I've always been curious about regarding the Statue of Liberty replica; is it as big as the original or nowhere near close?

The replica is much smaller than the actual thing (it might be a bit hard to tell from the photo)

Okay, left Kumamoto and now in Kagoshima, might head to Kirishima soon..(I love Kyuushuu!).

Noboribetsu - similar to Beppu in that there are many onsens (hot springs) in the area and also a lingering smell of sulphur. Much more to see here than in Beppu though, with Noboribetsu having a nearby active volcano (Mt. Hiyori) and mini calderas that are fun to look at.

Jigokudani (Hell`s Valley) - remains of a volcanic crater created by Mt. Hiyori
