The first one would almost be a casual lolita o.O the hair it's the detail that makes that "almost" possible, but you say we have to ignore it XD so mm... yeah, a casual lolita... without all the heavy fabrics and accesories

The second one is a very soft oshare style... some more accesories would be nice =)

oh.. the second is not a style at all, it was just to show I don't always look that bad, as in the first pic....

it was just the lighting, and the flash, etc, that caused me to look bad in the first pic.

hm... I can't think of anything to classify the first picture as. The dress(?) is too short for any lolita style (other than ero-loli, but that's clearly not what you were going for). Also, I don't mean this as an attack on your outfit, but it also lacks a certain elegance for lolita.
I can't think of anything closer than that.
I guess you could call it lolita inspired?

Oh, it looked like a dress because your arms must be right where the top(s) and the skirt meet (or it's just too dark).

Ero-loli is erotic lolita. It's more fetishy with corsets, fishnets or no stockings, more revealing slothes (although it's still modest compared to many other fashions), that kind of deal. I think there might be a community on LiveJournal for it, but I'm not sure...
