I think my dress is pretty similar to the Cat thingy on the other page, it has the same style and sleeves and stuff. The skirt part is just a little different.

It's crazy how different the Japanese versions of "Goth", "Punk" and "Victorian" clothing styles are from other places. I love fashion from many places, and I think that Lolita has to be my favorite from Japan. I have to admit where the name came from and such is kinda creepy (Eeew! Pedos!) But overall, the outfits are so beautiful and cute! :rheart: I actually designed a Lolita outfit for an entrance project for a fashion design school that I will start attending in a few weeks ^^

I was torn between Kawaii & normal. when i worked at a local college a few years back we had a fairly large rate of Japanese students. Most of them dressed normal (awesome trendy) I envy their style so much, & i'm not a jealous person :D. I get some fashion ideas from observing what they wear. Pretty awesome!!!!

I like every single one of those styles listed except for the cosplay. I'm more into the normal and kawaii styles myself but I love those other ones, too. I've been trying to get my mom to buy me a gothic lolita dress for a while...maybe I'll get it for Christmas. I love that black outfit that Kerli wears in her "Walking on Air" video...it's fabulous. So yeah...since I like them all I won't vote.

I wish I had one...But I bet my mom will get it for me. She used to dress me in bonnets and lolita stuff all the time when I was a baby...In fact I found my lace gloves I had when I was a little girl! I found my bonnet, too! The bonnet doesn't fit at all anymore but the gloves almost do! I have to edit my pics before I go posting them. But Kerli's gorgeous. I love her music, too.

cute outfits have a hard time liking the oversized tshirts tho :< but otherwise, thats pretty much a type of look i find very attarctive looks smart, elegant and sexy =) |
I wonder if all Japanese girls get the same hair color and hair cut if they would all look the same.....

I love every style from Japan. I can't just pick one. But if you were asking "Which of these styles look best on you?", I'd say punk. :)

Why isn't Gyaru listed? :confused:
I think gal is more popular and common than any of the styles listed. The "normal" pics came pretty close to gal, but I don't think they were quite gal enough. :/ Gyaru needs more love in places like this... |
Personally, my favourite is gothic... don't really know why. :)
