I actually have a valid lolita question on our lolita clan board! If anyone knows anything about elegant aristocrat, this needs answering or opinion. Is a scarf/muffler a good accessory to have, or does it hinder the look? And if it works with the style, what colors do you think work best with black and white outfits.
