I think that some girls may use control pants but a lot of them are actually just naturally small. As the previous poster said, many of them have a totally different body shape. I was surprised at how thin girls were in Japan when I went over there and how small Japanese clothes sizes are. I don't think wearing control pants makes THAT much of a difference?
