I love this style too.

One of my favourite hime designer's is JESUS DIAMANTE [http://www.jesusdiamante.com/] - they often have model's on the main page, wearing the latest collection.

i wann see them with out wags .Ageah were guests in Himitsu no Arashi chan many times .I kindaa find them weird ne .Cus they wear too much make up and stuff .especailly on the nails :/

well, those gurlz are called agejou (アゲ嬢). and that style is pretty popular among teenagers and girls in their early 20s

agejou (アゲ嬢) Cool. I love to learn new stuff about Japan and trends.

and himegal and agejou are close tribes. they are sharing the same trends often.

I can see why the tribes are so close. It's a very girly look aint it.
