Noodle sauce?
 

Hello!
I'm new here so be nice :ywave:
I was in Tokyo for 3 weeks this summer and ate a lot of ready-noodles from 7eleven and lawson. With every package there was a small wasabi-tube and maybe some mushrooms and also a plastic bag containing the sauce. What is the name of that sauce? I loved it! :D Most of the time it was the same...

Was it soy sauce? Describe the color and texture and taste to help us out...

Ok. No I don't think it was Soy-sauce, the taste was not the same. I think it was some kind of oyster-sauce but i'm not sure. It comes with every quick-noodle package that you can buy at Lawsons or 7eleven or other kind of quickmeal-joint.
The sauce looked like soysauce and you really drowned the noodles with it and mixed with wasabi.
