Sorry.....bad pix......I took them off my tv.....sorta faster....anywayz....
To those whom don't know.... 1st they make a hole in the ground..... Attachment 6408 Next....they added small logs and brush at the bottom then added rocks on top.... Attachment 6409 Then they added fuel.....the stupid way.... :D Attachment 6410 Must not forget that this is an open pit..... Sorry skipped a few procedures.... Sorta wasn't there to see them bury a pot of water with vegetables and garbanzo beans. or... how they put Maguey leaves around the pit and the meat upon it.... Finished result.... After carefully unburrying it..... Attachment 6411 Tis very yummy. :D |
