A leftover ricenoodle, dumplin and I found white chocolate too!

That omelet looks so good, you did an excellent job, what sort of ingredients do you put inside the omelet? What is tonkatsu? I can't really make it out, but it still looks good.

I have no photos of my own cooking at the moment so I have to admire everyone else's.


@Kiyuge, that fruit plate looks very food. I bet it tasted even better.

I forgot to take pictures of the barbacoa we made in Mexico.....sorry guys....I'll try and see if I can download a pic off my camcorder.....hoping it doesn't take long......tis very primitive how it's made.....

Sorry.....bad pix......I took them off my tv.....sorta faster....anywayz....

To those whom don't know....

1st they make a hole in the ground.....

Next....they added small logs and brush at the bottom then added rocks on top....

Sorta wasn't there to see them bury a pot of water with vegetables and garbanzo beans.

how they put Maguey leaves around the pit and the meat upon it....

Finished result.... After carefully unburrying it.....

the omelette is made up of egg, mayonaise and some salt and pepper
Tonkatsu is crumbed pork - first the pork is coverd in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs and then fried on a frypan


@Slykaz: that looks really interesting :) I'd like to try it!
