Tonight I made dinner for me and my roommate. First I made Gyoza with a filling of ground pork, fresh ginger and garlic. My roommate does not like cabbage so I left that out on his. I love hoisin sause and used it as a dipping sause for the gyoza. Next I made Chicken-Katsu which was pretty simple. I pounded some chicken brests so they were 1/2" flat. Then I lightly coated them in flour then dipped in a mixture of egg and a dash of milk, from there I coated them in Panko Bread Crumbs and fried up in a non stick pan with a little oil. Before I started cooking a made a simple katsu dipping sause. Everything turned out perfect and tasted fantastic. My roommate loved the food. Which I am quite happy about since I have never cooked anything this involved before. I am thinking about trying out some other recipes pretty soon. lunch will be good tommarrow since I have left overs.

most of the time it's desserts for me...maybe I should make something I know they don't like...or make it when I'm home alone

the closest thing i make to desserts are either fried biscuits or some chocolate brownies with ice cream on top of it. but they do not sit around long either .. even when i am home alone hah!

haha, but there is a better chance of me taking a picture THEN eating it than if I wasn't home along...though I do make a good hot choclate, even if the mix isn't mine. XD
