I eat the packaged stuff... mainly because that's all they sell near me. Sadly.

You should go to a resturant first, and if you like it then you'll most likely like the packaged kind.

when i go to little tokyo here in so-cal i get the real stuff.so at home i get the packaged udon made by a company called "fortune".it comes in chicken,beef and mushroom flavors.i like to doctor it up with a little meat.veggies and other garnish...:mtongue: :mtongue: :mtongue:

I like Udon a lot~
I don't know if it's traditional since I get it from a Chinese take-away, but I like Beef Udon! :p Udon noodles are yummy and filling~!

I like udon too...but between udon or soba i choose SOBA!!...well i guess there are many types of both...but yeah i like soba better

Just had it for the first time about half an hour ago and it was really delicious. I could get used to them.

Wow, I've never tried Udon but I just googled it. They look filling...the noodles are THIICK. o.o' I'm definitely going to have to try it.

When I was in Tokyo I had some Curry udon that was so FREAKIN spicy I almost couldn't finish it... but it was mighty delicious!

I like spicy things though. I often get vindaloo curry at indian restaurants, although I assume it might actually be hotter in india than in the UK.
