well my gf is sick.
so today i asked my boss what's a good thing for sick people too eat.
after a bit of thinking, he eventually concluded w/ kinpira xD
well, he whipped me up a batch of the stuff
and on the way too my girlfriend's house

Yeah it depends which kind you get. The majority of english lemonade does contain lemons, you can tell if they have a picture of lemons, it has at least some sort of lemon in it [otherwise they can't do it, it's false advertising.] Only the cheap and nasty stuff doesn't have any lemons in xD

Yes, that's all true. The "lemonade" without lemons is rather pointless. I'd like to find some real dandelion and burdock, but I suspect it'd be extremely difficult to find.
