I'm not sure how ramen is different from instant noodles. Maybe you add something to get ramen...?

Ramen is the real Japanese noodles, the instant noodles, are a wannabe pretty much, Japanese noodles are much longer, and they make their own broth and spices, they don't use a spice packet that comes with the instant ones.
But the Japanese do have instant noodles, like Ichiban, they are the same style, I guess they are just faster to make. But I am not sure, I do know real Ramen is a little different. Did I help you, or confuse you more? |
Ah thanks Kanji & Rikku. But I don't know where I can get real ramen from...:( I know of a shop that sells Chinese food and I think they might have it there but it\'s embarrassing to go in because it\'s full of Chinese people all the time! :p
