Yeah, you're probably right, but...so what? Ramen is good now and it'll be good then...plus you can always add things to ramen to make differences!!:D

I wouldn't call it authentic...but, fresh ramen is so much better than instant. We have a bunch of ramen stores here in San Jose area.

Ramenfest!!! We set them to be the first Sunday of every month...so...that would have been today^^; Oops... but you can set your own for any day if you wish^^
