Try looking up soy cakes. I'm not sure if they use milk products. Or look up lactoseintolerant Recepies.

Too late for this year but here is a recipe for a cake that does not contain milk(or eggs). I make this anytime I want chocolate cake. I have made other versions with flavors other than chocolate, the last one I made was an apple cinnamon version.

Chocolate Wacky Cake

1&1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons cocoa
1/3 cup cooking oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup cold water

You will need a 9x9inch pan

Mix dry ingredients together in the pan. I usually put all the liquid ingredients in a separate container too(actually the measuring cup. I measure out the water to 1 cup and then pour in oil until it reaches the 1&1/3 cup mark then dump in the vanilla and vinegar). Pour the liquid into the pan and mix well(do not beat or over mix). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Or you could do it the way I have read others make this cake.

Mix dry ingredients in the pan. Make 3 holes; pour oil, vinegar and vanilla in separate holes. Pour water over all. Mix well, do not beat. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
