Actually he is quite busy. That is Mr. Kawasumi, the Principal of Tokyo Sushi Academy. His clientele include the major embassies and celebs in Tokyo.

In case anyone's interested, this kind of sushi is called Kazari-Zushi. Smaller ones are called Deco-Chirashi.

When I showed this to my mom she said it looked more like Kobe Bryant, than Obama. XD Still, I think that's pretty cool... If they served this at restaurant I'd definitely eat it. ^_^

Isn't it kind of disrespectful to eat an image of a person or country flag? I think it's rather poor taste, even though I don't like Obama or America too much. I think the chef must be lacking a sense of connivance.
