Thanks for the replies, gonna try and eat breakfast more often now in an attempt to stop the cravings and snacks l8r on in the day. An English breakfast is definitely the tastiest breakfast I know! I used to go to my friends house for brunch all the time, a delight for my tastebuds but unfortunately not my waistline lol so thats not the breakfast i'll b having regularly tho not gonna give it up altogether, there's always room for a delicious treat from time to time:)
