Next time I make it I'll add agedama and hopefully yamaimo as well, and I think I'm gonna add some shrimp and octopus as well. |

Well, I'll make sure to use octopus next time, then! =D Btw, I'm "kinda" new to Japanese food, and up until just recently I'd only had teriyaki (home made) and sushi (many, many times. NOT home made!), but now I've had Okonomiyaki and Tanuki onigiri (so easy to make, yet sooo deliscious!) as well, but I want more! If anyone would be kind enough to name a few dishes that aren't like super complex and with ingredients that aren't too hard to find outside of Japan, or maybe even write down a few recipes I'd be forever grateful! |
I want to try a Nabe hotpot. Saw it on Gintama and it looks yummeh.
I have a recipe for curry made from scratch. It is goood! |

Your sauce recipe looks great. I had thought you were going to say just worcestershire sauce and ketchup, which is what I would do if I didn't live in Japan. :D When I was a kid, most cheap okonomiyaki places around me used just worcestershire. Even now, I still prefer using just worcestershire and maiyo. Right now, the Osaka or Hiroshima style sauce is so prevalent in Japan but to me, it's just too sweet, which puts me in the minority these days. :D |

I've made some Teriyaki Chicken with Udon noodles recently! It was really good!
