Well, I live in America in Chicago, Illinois. We're pretty famous for Hot Dogs (which is made of mostly pig). And unless you ask here you won't get ketup on it (don't ask me why it's how it is).

I am from Finland. I didn't read all of the replys but I noticed that there are other Finns here, too. Famous Finnish foods would be for example salmiakki and mämmi. We eat lots of potatoes and meat.
And of course, I forgot karjalanpiirakat! |

I guess my country's famous food would be.. Fries with beefstew or potenstoemp met worst en appelmoes ( it's in dutch I know but I don't know how to translate it.) or Fries with steak. Those are the most known ones. |
The UK would either be black pudding, or fish and chips :)
