Nopes, paella is a traditional Valencian dish, us Catalan people have this kind of soup called escudella which we eat at Christman time.



Also I'd say carquinyolis, but I'm not too sure whether they're eaten somewhere else.



Catalan Cream, which I think is quite famous everywhere (in Spain) but whatever.
