My welcome and some questions :)

Hello I'm new on the forum and also I'm not english speaker :(. But also I have a fluent level of english(or bad english ;)). Well I like to learn japanese because japanese people stealed my heart(kokoro). I know hiragana and almost all katakana but now is the hardest part.... kanji :(. I think I barely know 10 or 20 kanji at all.

How many kanji will I need to Understand text, games or webpages?

there is anyone that will help me as personal tutor (free)?

pd:also I'm looking for job in japan, do you think I can job on japan as computer engineer by knowing english and a bit of japanese?.

If you know Engish and Japanese, you're pretty much set....like in America if you speak Spanish in So. Cal...

Anyhoo...just get a small job, like a clerk or something until you're language improves then you can get a more ideal job.

As for Kanji, I know about 7.....soooo....I can't really help you there, I'm gonna buy a book soon........

Ganbatte!!!
がんばって!!!

It takes about 2500 to read a newspaper. I think high school students should know about 2000 by graduation.

There is computer engineering work in Japan, for sure. I knew a couple computer engineers, and they had good, but far from perfect Japanese.
