First off, there's a mistake in each of the two phrases.

The third kana in the first one should be ま, and the phrase means 'To the end of time, to the end of the world'.

The mistake in the second phrase is in the つめいんで part. I'm not the author of this, but I'm guessing s/he would have wanted to say つめるんで. The phrase means 'I'm gonna put all my emotions into (this)'. It's something you would hear a singer say before a particular song or even at the beginning of the concert.

Come back if this doen't make sense.

I guess you misread the sentence.;)

きもちぜんぶつめんで

That's "I packed all of my feelings."
