How to type in Hiragana/Katakana/Kanji
 

Does anyone know how to type in Hiragana, Katakana, and Kanji?

Sorry, I didn't realize that there was already a thread on it, I apologize.

I did as that thread says but i can only display Japanese, not type...

Set the input mode to あ

Do i also need any additional fonts or something? Because when i switch to JP keyboard i still write in English in programs like Microsoft Word, Notepad etc....

(didn't tested yet trying to write Japanese in forums through the browser)....
