Help with translation
 

Can someone help to translate the following sentence?

今何かはまっていること、興味あることっててあります か？

Where did that sentence come from?

I'm 99.999% sure that it was written by a native speaker. It has one too many て towards the end, though.

Basically its asking "do you have anything that you've been interested in lately?"

What you need to know here is the new verb はまる. It means 'to fall deep into something'. You like something very much. The verb may still be too new to be in the dictionary.

今ユーチューブにはまってる。 = I'm loving Youtube these days.

この歌手はまるねえ～。 = This singer is so addictive.

Hey, I like this usage. Never heard of hamaru being used this way, but I like it.
