Yes, in Japanese it is much more common to address the person by name instead of "you".

Obviously. I did translate that part. I just wrote the name in katakana, one of the japanese syllabic aphabets. It really doesn't matter if it's written Ayabie or アヤビエ.

Yes, just write Masa-chan instead of マサチャン.

Use imnihonjin's translation, it's the best one here (well of course it is, he's from Yokohama, I would be really surprised if it wasn't! :mtongue: )
