how would I ask this? "Sensei please speak japanese with me everyday"

So far I have this much thought up

先生は毎日日本語を話して下さい

I know I'm missing the with me part, I can't figure out how to add it in there, and I'm not sure if what I've got so far is grammatically correct. Thanks

I'd say:
先生、毎日私と日本語を話して下さい

日本語を　or 日本語で?

Yup. Your Japanese sentence is all right.

But 先生は毎日日本語を話して下さいませんか？ would be more polite and better.

What is the difference between 日本語を話す and　日本語で話す? I thought 日本語を話す is a way of saying 日本語が出来る while 日本語で話す means speaking in Japanese.
If this is true, shouldn't his phrase be with で instead of を?
Man, Japanese has the power to confuse me everyday always more hee hee.

日本語を話す is I speak Japanese
日本語で話す is I speak with Japanese
My way of saying for 日本語が出来る would be 日本語が話せる

Yup, very confusing...above all when I know other 3 languages and they all mix up. You see in the Latin languages I know there is a huge difference between the o and de: one would indicate the capability of speaking a language and the other the actual action of speaking it. Using the Japanese with the Latin languages the difference would be like this (of course I speak only about the verb hanasu, not valid for any verb):
日本語を話す。　　I have the capability of speaking Japanese.
日本語を話している。 I am speaking Japanese now.
日本語で話す。 I am speaking Japanese now.
Of course then you can use the potential form.
In fact my Japanese-Italian dictionary gives me the example　ｲﾀﾘｱ語を上手に話す
as having the capability of speaking well the Italian language and not speaking at the moment Italian in a good way.

I think you're a little confused here.

1. 日本語を話す。
- You're correct. I have the capability of speaking Japanese. (I speak Japanese)
2. 日本語を話している。
- You're correct. I am speaking Japanese now. (I am speaking Japanese)
3. 日本語で話す。
- You're wrong. It should be "I will speak in Japanese/ I speak with Japanese."

is correct as it is.

Good. At this point, you're half way there already. You're past beginners stage, and I believe that you're somewhere at intermediate stage now.

This is the stage where you believe that you have put in a lot of effort into where you are right now. You have been through the basics and gobbling vocab as you went along. Apparently, this is also the stage whereby the more you learn, the more you find yourself unable to grasp hold of things. You're at the tip of the pyramid. Confusing stage.
