Translation please.

Hi I was hoping someone could translate what it says on the back of a plate I recently bought. I tried to draw it out but it looks like a 3 year old did it. I'm guessing it is japanese. I hope the pictures aren't too blurry. Thank you!

I believe that is Chinese but i'm no expert. I'm sure i'm probably wrong.
|
I'd probably guess that's Chinese as well, due to the absence of kana, but many kanji share meanings across Japanese and Chinese, so someone might still be able to give you a general idea of the message, or you can try looking up the kanji in an online kanji dictionary.

It looks very much like a Japanese hanko, or name stamp. More than likely it is the seal of the artist, but I am not sure how to read it.
|
The two kanji on the right-hand side says "中國" vertically, meaning "China". The other two on the left are too blurry for me to read. My best guess would be a place name in China.

Thanks everyone! :)

i just uploaded a paint version of it too, much easier to see
