There are a few. On Windows XP, there's MS Mincho and MS Gothic, at a minimum. There are others, too.

But you should go to your browser settings and see what font you're using. If your browser displays it nicely, then you've got the font on your computer somewhere.

You can use NJstar Japanese WP - it's pretty good.
