A google search only shows 作ってくれた, so I think it is a mistake.

作っくれた makes no sense whatsoever. Could be a typo.

Definitely a typo. 473 is not a lot of hits given the billions of web pages there are out there in Japanese. Some people have just missed the "て" when typing.
