As Kyle pointed out, 1011 cal is not diet food. Anything with 1/2 pint of cream plus 2 oz sugar in JUST the decoration isn't healthy.

Well, that and the fact that at the very top it says "Even though I'm dieting I want to eat tasty stuff!" or something.

Whoops, missed that one! :/ The writer would be better off sticking to tea bread or something.

Hah, yeah. I'm a big fan of knowing what you put inside of yourself. I occasionally do buy a pizza or something, but most of the time I cook my own meals. I've managed to create a few extremely healthy recipes that are typically not healthy. These include chili, pizza, and pancakes. I'm working on a moderately healthy chocolate chip cookie recipe right now.
