1. What are you drinking?
2. What do you (habitually) drink? or What will you drink?

The answers are:
1. I am drinking water.
2. I want to drink water. Note The use of "o" here is fine, but it's not the "default" form. The default is が.

Also, stop using romaji immediately. It is a tremendous hindrance to your learning.

Thanks for the quick reply. You're right, the audio lesson says が, it was my mistake.

I will stop using romaji once I learn my hiragana table :D I just started from scratch four days ago. I'm curious, though, what is the easiest way to enter kana and kanji into these forums? I'm using a regular western keyboard.

Look at the first thread in the forum. It's all about how to enable Japanese input. Or use Google—the answer is all over the place on the Internet. It depends on your OS. E.g., set up japanese input windows xp - Google Search and click the first link for Windows XP.
