Can any native Japanese tell me which particles are most used in your daily conversation?

Umm... not trying to sound rude here or anything.. but why would that really matter?

You mean は、が、へ、を、に　 etc, right? That is like asking an English speaker "which do you use more, "a" or "the"? They are all used constantly. Of the above list, へ is probably the least used.

Particles can take on a pretty broad definition. >_> You can't really just focus on a few. Also, I would add から and まで to that list because they have (as many people here already know) more than just a simple 'from' 'until' meaning. These and the ones from the poster above me are probably the ones I come across in every full sentence (not all at the same time, mind you) but you probably shouldn't just study particles like this.

It's gotta be の or が.

Because で is used for objects used to perform a verb action or locations that an action is performed (among other things), while へ is used with verbs of movement in a certain direction? They're not remotely interchangeable.

The two particles are used totally differently.

You really cannot quantify which are used more than the others for any purposeful means. If you are doing what I think you want to do, and are trying to compartmentalize what you should focus on, let me tell you particles are not the place to do it. You need to learn them and understand them all, as they are all important.
